Winter Nights Watch

Dear NhW Members,

The Police Winter Watch patrols are very effective in crime prevention in your area. Taking place in various locations across the Woking Borough, joining in a Winter Watch patrol is to support our Neighbourhood Police and our local communities.  This is the main objective of our Neighbourhood Watch Schemes to keep our localities safe and reduce crime. 

Taking just an hour of your time, you will be paired up with a police officer to patrol an area and look for property that appears vulnerable. Crime prevention information can then be posted at the property to assist the neighbour on how to stay safe. A Hi-Vis vest can be provided.   

Additional volunteers are needed to join the patrols scheduled for Horsell and Byfleet please.

The Horsell patrol is taking place on Thursday 27th November from 6pm until 7pm.

The Byfleet patrol is taking place on Thursday 4th December from 6pm until 7pm.
